Triada Hotel - Sofia

The rooms were new-fashioned and incredible with exceptionally comfortable beds, fair prices. Its service was perfect! The pleasant and great location was around 4-6 minutes' walk from Akademik Stadium.

Well-connected to public transportation for easy exploration.

I faced issues with the shower with a small wall, causing water to spill everywhere on the bathroom floor. The room temperature was uncomfortably warm, resulting in a less than ideal atmosphere. I was disappointed with the breakfast options, as they were quite limited and did not meet my expectations for variety.

I had a great time at Triada! The rooftop dining offered super views of Sofia. My suite was spacious and clean. Just a heads up, the air conditioning was centralized and a bit too warm for my liking. A solid stay!

A cozy stay with lovely staff

Staying at the Triada Hotel was a good experience. The rooftop restaurant offered fine views of Sofia, and the hospitality from the staff was really good. The location is also convenient.

The homemade pizza at Pizza don Vito nearby is awesome-it's the kind that gets you talking! Plus, the reception super nice team, fixing our arrangement for a last-minute room change. Kudos to them!

The hotel's charm was overshadowed by a few quirks, like a drippy air conditioning unit and mismatched sheets that felt a bit off while sleeping. Still, it's not a total downer-just a sign of some missed TLC.

There was no curtain or water protection in the bathtub, which led to water spreading all over the bathroom after a shower.

The hotel shows signs of age, with furniture feeling neglected, and carpets lacking proper cleaning-kids' socks came out black after a stay. There's a jacuzzi bathtub instead of a shower, which didn't work out so well since there's no curtain, leading to water all over the floor. Breakfast is pretty standard, lacking variety, and the coffee machine could use an upgrade. Plus, the hot water situation seems spotty, especially in the evenings-definitely something to be aware of. Lastly, it's a bit misleading that the airport is noted as 3.5 km away. It's actually closer to 5 km, which can be crucial when you're in a hurry.

Great stay overall! The room was adequately clean, with comfortable mattresses and good water pressure in the shower. Enjoyed the breakfast with a wide variety of fresh meal options. The location is perfect, close to parks and with easy access to the city. The furniture in the room seemed a bit neglected, and the towels appeared worn and of poor quality. Also faced some inconvenience with the breakfast coffee machine not delivering great coffee. It's a solid choice but could use some improvements.

Comfortable stay with great staff assistance

I really enjoyed my time here! The staff was super helpful, quickly arranging a taxi for us and accommodating special requests like gluten-free breakfast options. Even though the centralized air conditioning wasn't ideal for my hot-weather stay, the room was clean and had a decent breakfast selection. I appreciated the mini bar and the convenience of having a shop nearby for any additional needs.
